Peacock's Guitar Band - Eddie Quansa Nigeria 70:Lagos Jump, The song 'Eddie Quansa' from the 2008 album 'Nigeria 70: Lagos Jump' by the group Peacock's Guitar Band. A compilation album of the post-colonial 70s music scene in Lagos, Nigeria where traditional high-life and African ryhthms and beats melded with jazz, rock and funk

Uba Awuu Nwa, Peacocks International Guitar band-Uba Awuu Nwa. This song comes off their Abrirwa album which had many hits including Eddie Quansa and many more. the peacocks were an igbo highlife band who were very popular throughout southeastern Nigeria

Founders 15-Be My Own, The Founders 15 were a popular Nigerian band during the 1970s, and this was one of the first songs they made, which was very popular. I know of two albums that they made, one being "Cooperation" and the other " Practical Lover". I got this song from the Flashback 1 cd while i was in Nigeria.

Sweet Breeze - Advice - Confidential (Bye Bye).Am refreshed: how we were visiting Ogui Local Gvt hall in Enugu just to catch fun with this fantastic Band. We would wear our bongo trousers, stoleto high-heel shoes (six inches) with a perfect hat to match. At every disco (hall) I personally organized, I would pay to request for song and from others like One World's Look at the World, the Apostles of Aba (She's a dropout); etc. Good childhood days gone so far and good!

I've Been Loving YouContinue to rest in perfect peace Spud Nathan and Uwakwe. True creative music legends you guys are. You were the best and still remain so. I was a nursery school pupil when your songs were making waves in Nigeria after the unfortunate civil war.
